After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes for a consultant. No one advises you they are short staffed they only come see to you once you sitting there forever. She asks if she can make an appointment at a later stage are you kidding me you wasted 45 minutes of my time now I must make an appointment. If they told me this 5 minutes into sitting there I would not have been upset. Pathetic service and the lady helping me had more of an attitude and she was not of any help than to ask me **** like making an appointment. People have things to do its pathetic to waste time. Why are you a hostess? If you can't help people and find out why you waiting. Pathetic. I'm changing banks completely
