Pathetic service

I went into Balfour park jhb ABSA branch sat for over 20 minutes waiting and watching - no branch manager present, no consultants present - so I got up to verbally complain to a Mr Ladius Campher, very ****y youngster who told me they were to busy to assist. If I app**** that attitude in my business I'd have no clients!!! I eventually was assisted by 'petronella' who was very quick to get consultants to magically appear. So I walked into the bank next door to ABSA, very pleasant and my new cheque and various accounts now open with them - sorry for ABSA!
