PATHETIC SERVICE

My son asked for his student account to be upgraded to a Platinum Cheque the reason he wants to have a Platinum Account cause a lady at head office told us a few weeks ago that only Platinum Cards has account holders names embossed on the cards. And my son wants to use his Gold Card that he currently have for online shopping but he can't cause the card isn't embossed. The lady told the assessor (CRYSTAL) told her she will withdraw the upgrade application because his a student and his unemployed i give him money every month there's proof absa can check his Student cheque account you'll see everyday there's money paid in he makes use of the accounts he just wants have a card that will allow him to shop online. I see Absa doesn't like helping there clients if they would want to help they would acually go out of there way to try to help us but it's no unfortunately we cannot help you does absa favour other clients? cause with other clients then everything is done absa goes out of there way. we want a personalised embossed card for online shopping like FNB'S cards
