Pathetic service

Wow!!! Your call center agents are absolutely rude!! I did my online application for a premium cheque account. I got an email saying someone will contact me, nobody did. I then called in and someone told me that a premium banker will call me, again nobody did. Today I called in again and the agent was ****** rude, I wanted to switch banks for better service but clearly ABSA is worse. Thanks for showing me your service before I started banking with you. I will now opt not to move to absa and close the account asap. Absolute ******* service
