Pathetic people work here and run this bank!!!

PATHETIC COMPANY! I am the 13th bad complaint being logged today! THIS TELLS ME VOLUMES!!! I am trying to open a business account (as per CIPC registration request). It said online that someone will contact me to assist but, Guess what- of cos no one did!!! It's been over 1 week! I called this morning, lady said she couldn't hear me and she will call back- Guess what- of cos, she never did!!!! ABSA IS USELESS!!!
