Pathetic non existence service

Having such a frustration ordeal with absa customer service and their loan restructures department, I've sent a email to them days ago and still no reply and is so frustrating because I want an answer immediately and when I phone, they tell me to email loan restructures but with no replies at all... Just unnecessary reference numbers
