As a holder of a new business banking account, I received the most dismisal service in terms of settin gup my business for business banking. Additionally, I am still holding on the line now as I write this note for the past 40 minutes, waiting for a business banker dealing with international banking to pick up the phone. This is 100% unacceptable. Your branding and marketing efforts do not reflect my esperience as a customer. I am potentially going to close this account in the next few days!
