Pathetic Legal assistance

I am having endless issues with the AVAF Legal team. I have settles all outstanding fees about 3 months ago but nothing is showing on Absa side and they say its still at Legal. I have tried numerus telephone numbers given to me but all is engaged. When you guys want money then you can call every 5 minutes but when its time to help the customer then no one is available. The service is pathetic and i will never recommend anyone take any products from Absa.
