Pathetic insurer
Worst insurer I have ever seen. Very keen on taking your money every month but when it comes to any Insurance claim then they just say sorry and think out an excuse why. Pathetic!!!!! Send a email to head of department which didn't even acknowledge the email. This was send over a week ago already. Extremely disappointing!! Had my account for over 30 years and paid home loan for 20 years and insurance. Going to make the move!!
