Pathetic insurance service

<p>Been using this insurance company since i bought my house and now when its time to make a claim they unwilling to help always some excuse and now they have no durban branch would they like me to buy a plan ticket and fly to Johannesburg for an appointment?? Just feels like im being taken for a ride will NEVER recommended this bank to anyone your better off without insurance </p>
