Pathetic!!

Poor communication and inconsistent

We are wanting to purchase a car and from the get go they’ve pre-approved and advised that all they still require is a COE - once we provided them with the COE info and contact information and that all was in order at our employers database they then responded by requesting a dummy payslip which WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO US FROM THE START and put our application in jeopardy once again!!

I’m so ****ed and disappointed in their lack of communication and consideration!!
