Pathetic

I get my salary paid into my account every month from a company in Botswana. Yet, every month I have to call to have the payment cleared. I have gone to an ABSA branch and filled in forms to have it cleared automatically (months ago), yet every month, I have to make numerous calls. Your service levels are pathetic and its time to change banks.
