Pathetic

You don't deserve 1 Star, shocking customer service, after numerous phone calls and emails to both enquiries and the complaints desk, nothing, no reply. This is going on since Thursday 6th February. An agent was supposed to phone me back, twice and nothing. Pathetic, will be closing my account
