Pathetic Effort

I went to Absa yesterday with the hope that I can get myself in a better financial position than I am currently in, I was hoping to consolidate my current loans into one loan to reduce the monthly cost. After explaining my situation to the consultant she spend One minute looking at my accounts and told me that they can't help me. I'm trying my best but there is NO effort from Absa to even look at any options. Today, Tomorrow, Together??? Seems like as long as Absa benefits they will sell you every and any product but when You approach them for help they turn there back on you
