Pathetic customer service with business credit card application

I have been trying to apply for a business credit card since the start of April 2024. I have lodged 2 complaints with ABSA to get someone to respond and complete my credit card application. After being sent from one department to the other, I eventually had to go to a branch to complete paperwork. And that has been a month ago AGAIN. All I get are promises that it will be sorted out. Even calling the man who is supposedly my banker gets a) no response and b) no response. I do NOT recommend anyone trying to run a business account with ABSA. The client service is horrific.
