Pathetic Customer Service!

Extremely unprofessional service from Absa home loans, I have been calling Absa home loans since Monday and today is Friday with no professional assistance, I have just been disconnected by a Riaan after spending a fortune on that call with no call back, I was advised to send a mail to bond restructure to remove the restructuring on my account which I got a less than professional response. I complained about that response and asked for a proper response and till to date no response and when you phone you get disconnected. Absa's service has seriously deteriorated! You get paid to work so can someone phone me please!
