Pathetic Customer Service

Quick to take bank charges and debit ******** debit charges but not so quick to give back. I am not interested in your responses of that you investigating and will get back to me because no one does. I do not want to speak to Nthabaseng as she has no customer/client s****s at all! Please could you reverse the debit order as has always been done when I have had a problem. I have never come across a bank as unhelpful as Absa has become!!! Single mom with limited funds and a sick baby and you cant help me telephonically - pathetic!
