Pathetic Customer Service
Pathetic is an understatement! Just have to collect my car registration papers from ABSA in Southdowns Irene and I have been standing in the bank for 1/2 hour. Not because of any long queues. There is no bank agent at customer service! The teller that is busy with 1 customer before me does not finish. I have been standing so long now the bank is actually full of people •~ poor people behind me!!
