PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went and deposited coins today. Over and above all the coins that I had bagged at home I had about R10 loose in change that needed to be bagged. The teller handed me the bags and told me to get along with it! I had the floor manager standing behind me watching me and the teller watching me too. What the hell happened to customer service with ABSA? Then I asked for the cash and was told no it must go into your account. R30-00 to deposit money???? Day light *******. You guys are getting worse and worse. Pathetic customer service. ABSA Brackenhurst
