Pathetic customer service

The worst customer service ever, they either give you half information regarding your question which ultimately leads a customer to make ill-informed decisions. When you call in for assistance the consultants leave you hanging, speaking to yourself and then proceed to drop the call. You ask them to call you back and they have an attitude saying they have a lot of work they can't get back to you unless you call them with your airtime. But get this when you call them they hang up... such a shame for such a brand. Not a happy, HOC and Home loan client at all... wont recommend
