Pathetic Credit card security and poor service

I noticed a ********** transaction on my ABSA credit card and reported it immediately. I did not receive any OTP for the ********** payment and had not previously paid the recipient yet the transaction went ahead to Mango airlines. Something seems very suspicious. My Capitec card has much better protection and requires validation through the app for any online purchases. ABSAs security is pathetic and I’ve been victim to nearly R4000 in ***** and now the inconvenience of having my card cancelled which is another issue: I was told it would take 3 days to replace the card but I’m still waiting over a week later. No apology, no investigation- something very ***** about ABSA. It’s no wonder Capitec is eating it’s lunch.
