PATHETIC CALL CENTRE SERVICE

After holding on for more than 10 minutes going through the various voice recordings my call was terminated. FFS all I want to do is restructure my accounts and I was first put through to collections, don't know why, and was told to hold on, listen again to voice recordings and the call was terminated.
