Pathetic Business practice at ABSA
Good day, I stood in a queue outside ABSA Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark today for 3 hours without being helped. Just to collect a new card. I never experienced this pathetic service. I will never ever recommend anybody to sign up with an ABSA bank.

Is there anybody that I can make an appointment just to fetch the card?
I am not willing to stand in a queue again tomorrow.
