Pathetic banker

Called to change my banking details and got through to rude jolene who from first interaction does not listen. I advised I have my ID number and don't know bond number, with an stinking attitude she still asked for my bind number. I had to repeat my ID several times as she doesn't listen. She then advised I must hold and hung up cause I couldn't give her a bond number. That's how one dimensional she is or absa's systems.
