Pathetic as usual

Another pathetic experience at ABSA. I tried to increase the daily transaction limits on my business account but was not allowed access. This despite being able to both raise and lower them myself at the end of last year. The useless attendant could not even tell me the current limits despite me standing there with my ID. I was told I need to make an appointment with the business account manager. What kind of joke is this? I'm trying to run a business, with a baby and no transport nor time to take out of my day for this nonsense. I have had access to do these transactions myself before. What kind of *********** nincom**** has done this??
