Pathetic and poor service.

On the 07th of December 2021, I app**** for a loan with Absa online which says I will be approved in minutes. I app**** and uploaded all required documentation and waited on feedback. I received an email stating that I will receive feedback "shortly" and 3 days later still no feedback. During the 3 days I was waiting I have called their loans department 4 times a day. Waited more than 20 mins to reach no consultant. I then complained on the 4th day and finally got assisted on my approved loan by 3 unprofessional loans agents who confused me so much. On the first call, I'm told about listings on my beauru that does not exist and on the second call, some random girl blabbering random nonsense with long pauses where I began to feel this was **********... the Saturday comes and I receive another call where I am told the funds would transfer to my bank account in12 to 24 hours and its been another 3 days where I am just beyond furious and have no faith in this bank anymore. I have never received a cent of the loan I was approved for!!! I am upset and seriously want to move my business somewhere else. I even dealt with their complaints department who does not seem to care. Their client service department cant explain a thing and the agents are just lazzzzy
