Pathetic and Poor Service

I am so not happy with this and now I am asking myself if the services is this bad when you are just applying fo a cheque account what will happen later.

I did an online application last week which suppose to make this easy as you say and submitted a lease that was not signed by the leassor and when I was doing this application I was notified that a consultant will contact me but I did not receive any call or notification about the wrong document submitted instead I received an sms stating that I must submit my proof of residence for the loan application, I then phoned the ABSA call centre to enquire because I did not apply for a loan, only then I received the information of the unsigned lease and informed to forward it to the email provided only after I phoned them and no phoned prior to that to inform me that the lease was not signed. Then I emailed the signed lease when I phoned to check I then spoke to another consultant who said I had 2 profiles she cannot help me and ask her what she means because I only did one application and how are we going to resolve that because I still did not understand their language she asked me to hold, I held close to 8 minute on the call she hung up without saying anything and guess what no call back received I phoned again and spoke to another consultant who check and said no I failed the security questions when I phoned in that is why they cannot help me. So if I did not phone how was ABSA going to tell me all this and how dare you say I failed security questions, where I stay, where I work and my ID number like really. This is pathetic, now I must go to the branch
