Pathetic and Non Existant Call Centre
I tried calling Absa ***** line today waited for 25 minutes on the line without any response from them pathetic bank and decided to put the phone down.This is now a ***** line where you are waiting for 25min before a call is not even answered.Great reflection of just how much you care and great reflection of the "competant" staff you employ these days...
