Pathetic - AIP ABSA Insurance, A bunch of *******

AIP Policy ABSA AIP vehicle insurance have deducted premiums from my bank account without my consent or knowledge . I do have vehicle insurance for the vehicle that I have financed through ABSA and have furnished them with proof thereof , I have requested that the policy be cancelled and all the debit orders refunded via the ********** address I have not received any acknowledgment of my mail needless to say any communication from ABSA. I am wondering if this is even legal, So I am demanding that this be addressed as a matter of urgency. Regards,
