Pathetic Absa Vehicle finance

I won't recommend Absa finance Vehicle to anyone because my car was payed up last year.when I visited the branch they said I should call Accounts department because I wanted my Logbook when I call Accounts they said I should call Legal because the car was on Arrears, when I call Legal they don't answer it's been a week now,no one is answering the call I don't know what to do now. Am running around like a chicken.
