Pathetic Absa service!!!

I am currently unemployed and Absa Credit Card division has once again debited money from my account without even contacting me. My sister transfers money monthly to me to pay my rent whilst unemployed and Absa just goes and takes the money because its their right, to hell with the common decency to communicate and understand why they not being paid, their call centre cannot assist and end up giving out wrong information. I called and requested to speak to a manager, spoke to Anne who says she cannot give me a refund because my account will move to Legal. I said to her it's fine please take legal action because it's more important as an unemployed person to pay my rent. She just refused, she would rather have me kicked out by my landlord. I am so tired of Absa who has to force clients to pay their accounts. If I am not paying please take legal action, I believe a judge would allow me to pay off my debt. My circumstances will change for the better and I believe this is short term. All i have just asked Absa was to assist me with a short term plan so I can pay a low installment while looking for work. that too is an issue because they keep losing my documents and I have to incur costs responding and calling to follow up.. I am tired of Absa just doing so they please, it's the principle i have been a loyal customer since i started working and even when i worked overseas i still kept my account and used it to send money home, now that I am unemployed Absa no longer wants to help!!
