PATHETIC ABSA SERVICE

Absolutely terrible service from ABSA credit card department. I paid UNISA i.e R6000 and selected the budget option for 12 months. But the R6000 went off my straight balance and now I have to pay R500 per month on budget?? What is the point of putting it over budget if they subtract it from your STRAIGHT BALANCE AS WELL. I spoke to a lady at the credit card division and she could just not understand what I was saying. She was rude and unhelpfull. I cancelled the budget plan but lost on the first payment of R500 + then the R6000.
