Pathetic ABSA Lifestyle Centre!

I was unable to make an online payment due to some unknown communications glitch with ABSA internet banking and Department of Home Affairs website. So I twice traveled from my home in the eastern suburbs of Pretoria to ABSA Lifestyle Centre in Centurion with the hopes of being assisted in person instead. I was so wrong! Firstly, this branch of The Department of Home Affairs located "conveniently" inside ABSA is closed on Saturdays and secondly, ABSA staff member at the front door merely handed a photocopy of steps to follow for online interactions, which were extremely vague. So I went in again to ABSA in Centurion during the week and again returned home without reaching my goal. The second time I met with another extremely self opinionated, arrogant and rude staff member who also was not too keen to assist. She was shouting from across customer queries to where a staff member and I were (at your two computer terminals for general public to use for online transactions, but only one computer is available of which is also not sanitised in between customers, so I was uncomfortable to use computer) and giving usless advice and saying some other derogatory remarks in her own language that I shall not repeat on this platform. As I was getting no where online (OTP was not sending), I decided to go and ask Home Affairs staff at the back of the bank and yet again, a staff member shouted at me and told me that I need to make an appointment before seeing them. The more I told her I cannot make an appointment due to the fact that Department of Home Affairs website not accepting payment from ABSA internet banking the more she told me to resolve with ABSA. Yet she was hearing nothing when I told her that I had already phoned ABSA support who said glitch issue is with Home Affairs. Eventually, staff member told me to go to Department in Home Affairs instead, which I finally ended up doing. Even another staff member of the Department of Home Affairs inside ABSA was not keen in listening and assisting me and was so short. She was more interested in her registers and what nots. I left this branch extremely angry and not likely ever to return to the most useless, unfriendly and *********** staff members that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
