Pathetic ABSA

I have been asking ABSA for 10months to restructure my bond due to holiday payments. All I keep on getting is the automated email that said they received it and will get in contact with me.

I got a for that I filled in and emailed it to them. Just so that nothing was done. I kept on mailing to ABSA home loans month after month. No response.

Eventually they responded and I received the forms and they did what they were suppose to 10months after asking the first time.

Then I asked them for another holiday period and got a reply saying I qualify for xx% and then 15 minutes later I receive a mail saying we don't qualify due to recent changes that were made to my bond and I have to wait another year.

I raised a complaint that due to ABSA Home loans not doing their work as requested more that a year ago we can't qualify for another holiday payment.

The complaint took about a week to finish and then I received a mail back just saying sorry we don't qualify.

Personally I think this is pathetic from ABSA seeing that they did not do their job and took them 10months to do their job that should have been done now I have to the penalty for that.

They are pathetic and I will take all my business away from this useless bank as soon as I can.

They are the worst bank ever!!!
