PATHETIC ABSA BANK

My aunt, Nosabelo Mzendana was amongst the nominees on an ABSA Will for one of her cousin sisters, Ms Ntombekhaya Winnie Grace Khethani. The deceased died 2011 and the estate was never shared amongst the beneficiaries as per the deceased’s estate;instead it was blocked by her only son. When I have been following up with Absa, I was just told that they cannot give me much information as it is blocked. All I need is clarity on how was the estate wrapped up and concluded as the house was sold but the additional beneficiaries including myself were not consulted....

Ms. Vannessa Crowe rep**** to me privately requesting the deceased identity number and I rep**** to her but she has never contacted me nor my aunt since then. We would really appreciate an update on this matter as it has been pending for a very long time. If, ABSA, is not willing to assist, it's would be also appreciated if they can indicate so.
