Pathetic ABSA

On 08.01.2018. My husband went to Absa bank in Phoenix Plaza Durban to make an deposit for our babys creche fees. He was instructed to go out and use the ATM for the deposit without a reason. Infact instructed everyone paying school fees to do a deposit on the ATM. My husbands R1650 got stuck on the machine he recieved a reciept stating transaction unsuccessful, he went inside the branch and he was told that this error would be sorted by SBV in 10 days. So the consultant who said clients must use ATM deposits must pay this money and when SBV returns the money than they can have that money. My child cant go to creche now because of some ****ty consultant who is lazy to do their job. I want this sorted out and i am going to cause havoc in the branch tomorrow so my child will go to school. I am seriously unimpressed with the bank especially when they know that there are people who do ****s and traps on the ATMs, why let cliehts take that risk with their hard earned money.
