PATHETIC

I have been receiving 20+ calls per day for the past two weeks from ABSA claiming that I owe money.

Firstly, I am not Mrs P Erasmus. Secondly, I do not have any accounts with ABSA. Despite repeatedly explaining this, I continue to receive calls and messages stating that money is owed. This is blatant harassment.

I would like ABSA to explain:

How was this account FICA verified with the incorrect cellphone number? Why does ABSA appear to be ignoring POPIA regulations regarding personal information and harassment?

I want my cellphone number permanently removed from your system immediately, and I do not want to receive another call or message from ABSA again.

This level of incompetence and harassment is completely unacceptable.
