Pathetic

Absa Ladysmith branch. Unspeakable. Today I went to deposit money, there were no teller, we were told they went on lunch and will come back at 2pm. Mind you the time was 1:20pm. I went to the customer service manager (she is Indian, didn’t get to read her name tag, as she was dismissive) to ask why do they not have even 1 teller to service us in the queue, she said she will attend to us she is busy for now on a call. We walked out and left. PATHETIC service.
