I have been a client of ABSA for many years, I took out a personal loan in January with the 1st premium in February 2024, what a nightmare, it gets paid with a debit order and should the payment date fall over a weekend then it will be deducted the 1st working day, this is a joke, so the debit order goes off yesterday ABSA starts calling me as I am in arrears, then confirms they did receive payment dont worry nothing is wrong, then last night I get this sms: ABSA Dear Mrs ******x Absa received your loan payment. It was short paid by R3.40 call *** to make payment arrangements. Auth FSP/NCRCP7 ABSA BANK HOW CAN I BE IN ARREARS WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DONE BY DEBIT ORDER, I CANNOT REGULATE YOUR DEBIT ORDERS!!!!!! Call me for the R3.40 that you short took off serious you pathetic
