Pathetic

<p>Absa Potchefstroom Branch service is absolutely pathetic! This morning we waited almost 2 hours just to get a new card because the previous one expired. This was due to the fact that there is only one adviser in the whole branch!! For such a big and busy branch it's ridiculous. After todays visit I'm seriously considering moving banks!!
