Pathetic

<p>After calling three times on different occasions to confirm what documentation I needed to don a surname change, the information was still incorrect. I was informed that I need a letter from my landlord, copies of my marriage certificate as well as the old and new ID. Long story short, went to the bank with documentation and they said that they need the original marriage certificate and another letter that my landlord needs to fill in. I asked if they cannot help me as I am 38 weeks pregnant and it is nearly impossible for me to go back to the bank. They refused. This is pathetic as I confirmed what I needed to take along!!</p>
