Pathetic

<p>I do a cash send to somebody out of town. The money does not dispense and the person is still stuck on the side of the road. After hours on the phone, absa says she must drive back there on Monday, request them to balance the ATM, then give her her money. Their system says the money was not dispensed, why can't they just put it back in my account?</p>
