Pathetic

Worst service ever. It's been 11 working days since I logged my claim. My claim number is ***. My claims consultant Queen has not contacted me once. I broke my back in this accident but absa doesn't care about my claim. I'm stressed about this as they say they have lost my car. If you love your assets and want piece of mind, stay away from absa.
