Pathetic!!!!!

Good Day, We went to renew the car's license on Saturday, I got up very early and stood in line for hours, only to be told that I cannot renew the license. I was informed that the vehicle was deregistered, the transfer onto my name is pending and I need to go for a roadworthy test. I settled my vehicle finance and collected the vehicle from ABSA trade center on 16 March 2020. I filled in a yellow form and was told that the car will be transferred onto my name and that I will receive the registration papers within 21 days and my name will be cleared. To date I have not received any registration papers from ABSA, my name is not cleared, I cannot renew my car license, the vehicle is deregistered, the car needs to go for road worthy and there are additional fees attached when the license gets renewed. I refuse to pay any additional costs attached to renew the license, get the registration on my name and pay for a road worthy. ABSA has messed up and needs to fix what they've done, as I'm driving in my grace period and will not be paying any fines due to your mess up. Can someone urgently provide me with feedback, correct your wrong doing and resolve this matter ASAP.
