Pathetic!!!!
Your ***** department is pathetic . Specifically your transactional ***** department. My husband’s account has been blocked due to someone who apparently paid into his account **********ly ! How is this his fault ? He is now stranded in London with no working card!!!!
Sort this out immediately! You have once again disappointed !
