Pathethic service

I am really fed up with ABSA Bank. Since beginning of 2024 i have been going back and forth with them. i was unemployed for 7 months and could not pay my personal loan and credit card. i called and went to the branch for assistance, all they said was you must pay what you owe us. i have been paying credit life out of my own pocket it was not ABSA who paid it on behalf of me. i tried making arrangements towards my accounts, but they refused to accept the payments because it was too little. i went to the branch again to ask if they could assist me with credit life option and they refused because they sold my accounts to debt collectors. after numerous attempts i tried to make arrangements, but now I'm getting harassed by debt collectors from 5am in the morning till 9pm in the evenings. If you won't apply my credit life to my accounts which i paid for, i will be escalating this matter to he onbudsman man, because you didn't assist me even after i tried numerous times to come to arrangements.
