Password changed on statements
ABSA has changed the passwords of my mortgage accounts. They cannot tell me what the new password is. They just keep telling me that the department I am talking to cannot make the changes, give the password etc. The business banker tells me it is the home loans department, they tell me it is the business banker. No one is really interested in assisting.
