Passing the Buck

Second time I claimed after having the house insured for over a period of 9 years. ABSA refuse to pay my claim, stating my building is too old and the roof was not installed correctly. ABSA haven't you heard of wear and tear. We had a terrible rain storm and my ceiling started to leak. The assessors came to see and said they can fix it, but now a different story from ABSA. Wasted all my money paying insurance!!!! I want to cancel my insurance with you immediately ..they also took one whole week to get back to me???
