Panic Assist Stockvel Direct

Someone has to look at this issue. I received an sms that (Panic Assist R59 will run on 27 Jan 2018 sold by Stokvel Direct ********** 415. The Ref number included my ID details. Called the number repeatedly and the supervisor promised to revert back to me and I am still waiting. The last option I have unfortunately is to wait until the debit order runs and reverse the money since my bank (Capitec) will not be able to stop the debit in advance. Please be aware of these *********.

Please note that I copied the above message from another person complaining about the same problem so please assist with this because we are fearful of being debited for something we know nothing about. It's highly concerning
