Paid Up letters outstanding for 6 months plus
I've settled my petrol card in May 2014 and the rest of my and my fiance's ABSA accounts (cheque, loans and two credit cards) in Sep 2014. Calls has been logged since May 2014 and nobody has provided me with the letters.<br> <br> I'm exiting debt review and ABSA is holding up my clearance certificate and refuse to give me the letters.
